Please note that deliveries are available all week, including public holidays. However, deliveries during public holidays may be subject to delays due to shipping company schedules.

At Nuby, our goal is to provide you with a smooth and reliable online shopping experience. To ensure timely and efficient delivery, all orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier services.

Delivery Method & Timeframe

  • Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 days, depending on your location.

  • For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist.

  • If no one is available at the provided address to receive the order, our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery time.

  • Delivery attempts are limited to two attempts only.

  • Nuby is not responsible for orders that remain undelivered for more than 7 days from the first delivery attempt.

Order Fulfillment

  • In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days.

  • Custom-made orders are fulfilled according to the production timeline stated on the product’s description page.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are either:

  • Automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and items ordered, or

  • Quoted after placing the order for special or custom requests and added to the final order balance.

Delivery Cost by Area

  • Cairo & Giza: 50 EGP

  • Alexandria: 60 EGP

  • Delta & Suez Line: 75 EGP

  • Upper Egypt : 100 EGP 

  •  Sinai & Red Sea: 120 EGP 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the shipping date, not the order date.

While we strive to dispatch orders within 5 business days, delivery dates may vary due to:

  • Courier operations

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method

  • Product availability

Orders may arrive in separate shipments when applicable.
