Return & Exchange Policy 

At Nuby, your satisfaction truly matters to us. We carefully inspect and package every order to make sure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Because skincare products are personal and hygienic, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened, used, or altered.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and valid proof of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers

Refunds (if approved)

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – نوبي

في نوبي، رضاك هو أساس اهتمامنا. نحرص دائمًا على فحص وتغليف جميع الطلبات بعناية لضمان وصولها إليك بأفضل جودة ممكنة.

ونظرًا للطبيعة الشخصية ومنتجات العناية بالبشرة، لا يمكننا قبول استرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج تم فتحه أو استخدامه أو العبث بتغليفه.

شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع

  • يتم قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في حال وصول المنتج تالفًا أو به عيب تصنيع أو غير مطابق للطلب.

  • يجب تقديم الطلب خلال ٣ أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، مع إرفاق صور واضحة وإثبات الشراء.

  • يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، غير مفتوح، وبحالته الأصلية مع التغليف الكامل.

منتجات غير قابلة للاسترجاع

  • المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة

  • المنتجات المخفضة أو ضمن العروض

  • المنتجات المشتراة من جهات أو موزعين آخرين

استرداد المبلغ (في حال الموافقة)

  • بعد الموافقة، يتم رد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7–14 يوم عمل.
